Help with research questionnaire

Hi,

I'm studying sports science and as part of the course I'm conducting a research project looking at the relationship between body image satisfaction and sports participation in visually impaired people.

If any of you would fill in my questionnaire I'd really appreciate it, this project is vital to me completing school and I really want to make it thorough and get a wide range of responses.

I'll check it out later today. Sounds like a neat idea. They didn't have that degree choice at my university as far as I know but it sounds pretty cool. A friend of my cousin asked if I would volunteer to do something similar to this before and she was doing the same degree. Good luck.
